Ultimate Work Out Gear

Moisture Wicking Jacket

By: Sadisha

When you excercise at some point you'll sweat. Removing the toxins from your body is great. Yet, the feeling of the cold wet T-shirt will not be good. I personally am more willing to work out longer when I'm comfortable. With the latest in technology you should give this a try. Moisture Wicking is exactly what I'm talking about. Perspiration is transferred to the surface of the fabric...away from your skin. AVIA has a clothing line dedicated to such advanced technology.
Check out some of your local sporting goods stores and even online. Men...you will also have your choice of similar material as well! Kids sizes are available. This technology exists for all kinds of underwear, socks, sleepwear, and hats. I've worn a long sleeve tshirt in the winter. The material acts as insulation  too.  Did I mention the material dries fast, too? Use wicking to absorb night sweats! Can you imagine wearing one of these T-shirts in a marathon?

It is recommended to allow the garment to air-dry. If you use a dryer set it for Low. But, don't use fabric softener. The chemical will compromise the material. Ironing is not neccesary on this silky cloth.
